Alleged Abuse of Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure

The way AIG (BMO Insurance) treated my wife when she got sick reminds me of how plantation owners treated their slaves.  "When the slaves got sick they shot them!"

Over 877 questions for oral discovery with many having nothing to do with the case.
(January 1st.  2010)

The perspective for the Margaret Hicks (webmaster's wife) statement-of-claim is 'bad faith employment and insurance practices.' Based on the truth, her Affidavit of Documents and the chronology of events.  However, I question the motives behind Blaney McMurtry (lawyers for AIG/BMO) about 877 questions they asked my wife on October 22, 2009 during their oral examination for discovery.  They also requested written answers to 60 of those questions.  read more

Alleged Lawyers abuse of power and authority

No one is above the Law. Section 380 of the criminal code of Canada defines 'FRAUD'

Blaney McMurtry's Lou Brezenski used fraudulent methods to try and stop Ron Hicks (webmaster) from publishing the truth on his websites.  They are in possession of property obtained by crime. "My rights to publish the truth" with some internet service providers.
(January 1st, 2010)
From 2002 to 2009  Blaney McMurtry (BMO/AIG's lawyers) have abused their authority as lawyers by using intimidating and fraudulent methods to try and force my website service providers to remove articles relating to the Margaret Hicks story and the AIG Corruption watch section from my websites.  They also sued me for $500,00.00 for defamation but failed to follow through when they were provided with the real evidence regarding the Margaret Hicks/AIG story. read more

After seven years in court, the Appeal Court of Ontario ruled no wrongdoing

Bank-demand Note for an undisclosed unsigned pre-executed loan with a

Upper Canada Law Society - The effect of Bill 14
Harry Kopyto (activist) challenges Law Society's new control over paralegals
(January 1st, 2010)

After he fought a judge and won, Kopyto was banished as a lawyer. Now, as part of their takeover of the competition, the Law Society of Upper Canada intends to remove him as a paralegal.

Harry provided this webmaster with legal advice in the Margaret Hicks-AIG (BMO) lawsuit.  Harry came through for the Hicks family when we needed him the most.  read more

'I do believe in democracy and I do believe in the power of the people and I do believe that if we took our case and…yelled it loud enough and enough times that we would prevail. '

No man is above the law and no man is below it: nor do we ask any man's permission when we ask him to obey it.
Theodore Roosevelt

When the 30-year-old lawyer died he said to St. Peter, "How can you do this to me? - a heart attack at my age? I'm only 30." Replied St. Peter: "When we looked at your total hours billed we figured you were 95."
