Background
information:
It
is the opinion of this
writer, this case,
will go down in history
as one of the worst
cases of employee abuse
in Canada. 'EMPLOYERS
AND INSURERS WHO BREACH
THE OBLIGATION TO TREAT
EMPLOYEES WITH GOOD
FAITH, DECENCY AND
FAIRNESS ARE IN BREACH
OF THEIR DUTY AS A
CONTRACTUAL MATTER.'
Our
family was completely
destroyed by the methods
used by AIG Life of
Canada (BMO Insurance)
and the tactics used by Blaney
McMurtry. Margaret
is still under the care
of doctors for her major
depression and her
lichen planus condition.
The story
update and
the items prior July
30th, 2002 are the main
principals behind
Margaret Hicks' claims
for employee abuse that
caused her major
depression.
Criminal
investigation to be
pursued against Peter
McCarthy CEO BMO
Insurance - AIG Life of
Canada
Once the trial is
over,
my wife will be
filing a demand for a
criminal investigation
either by the police or private
prosecution against
Mr. Peter McCarthy (CEO
of BMO Insurance) for perjury.
This is in response to
their written answers in
Margaret Hicks' request
for written discovery.
I
will also when the trial
is over, be filing a demand
for a criminal
investigation by either
the police or private
prosecution against
Mr. McCarthy under
section 380 criminal
code of Canada for
fraud. "Possession
of property obtained by
crime. "My rights to
publish the truth on my
websites."
Several website host
service providers refuse
to host my sites because
of the fraudulent
tactics used by Blaney
McMurtry on behalf of
AIG/BMO Insurance's Mr.
Peter McCarthy to
threaten them with legal
action for hosting my
sites.
More
than 877 questions for oral
discovery with a request
for 60 to be answered in
writing.
Our
request in writing to
Blaney McMurtry to have
a physiciatrist be
present at the oral
discovery hearing was
denied. In addition,
Margaret does not have a
lawyer to represent
her. I could have
arranged for a lawyer to
be present just for the
hearing but they denied
that as well. If
I attended the hearing
with Margaret I would
not have been allowed to
be a witness at the
trial.
Margaret
attended the oral
discovery alone.
At the hearing she volunteered
to provide Blaney
McMurtry with any
information they
needed. However,
Margaret or myself had
no idea how ruthless
lawyers could be.
We assumed it would be
based on the "real
evidence"
(Margaret's Affidavit of
Documents and the
chronology of
events.
My
wife's
statement-of-claim is
based on the truth, her Affidavit of
Documents and the story
update .
However, I question the motives
behind Blaney McMurtry
(lawyers for AIG/BMO) to at
least 877 questions they asked my
wife on October 22, 2009
during their oral
examination for
discovery. They
also requested written
answers to over 60 of
those questions.
They appear to be trying
to avoid the truth and
discredit Margaret and
myself.
Based
on the number and nature
of some of the questions
the actions of Blaney
McMurtry's lawyer during
the oral examination of
discovery appear to be,
reprehensible and
malicious in nature.
They also
requested written
answers to over 60 of
those questions.
Some
questions asked Margaret
by Blaney McMurtry that
appear to be designed to
discredit Margaret and
myself.
Oral
Question:
Is your husband an
ordained minister?
Asking
Margaret "Was her
husband and ordained
minister?"
What does this question
have to do with this
case? Yes I am an
ordained minister.
After I had my first
contact of a mystic kind
involving AIG's
defamation lawsuit see:
number 10 and the
continuing contact
of a mystic kind I
became an ordained
minister in 2006.
I have plans to start my
own ministry in the near
future but I do not
practice right
now.
Oral
Question: Did your
husband operate a car
washing company out of
his house?
The
answer is no.
However our neighbour at
the time a former police
officer claimed he was
currently doing security
work for corporations executives.
He never stated he
worked for AIG but was
well aware of Margaret's
story. He did file
a complaint with the
city about the time I
washed one care that I
did purchase. He
also had me arrested
over another incident
before that. Just
shortly after he asked
me for a copy of
Margaret's story about
AIG he falsely accused
me of threatening
him. The Peel
Region Police charged me
but the charges were
dropped by the Crown
Attorney. I did
receive a letter of
apology from the Peel
Regional Police.
It makes me wonder why
Blaney McMurtry's lawyer
would ask my wife this
question. Was my
neighbour spying on
Margaret for AIG?
I guess I will never
know.

Margaret Hicks to battle
almost 8 months for the
disability benefits she
was entitled

Metropolitan Toronto
Police to investigate
AIG for particulars.
This
question obviously has
to do with my complaint
to the Metropolitan
Toronto police for an
investigation into what
AIG's (BMO Insurance)
did when they contacted
my internet service
providers and sponsors,
nothing to do with the
case.

they may recieve.. The
death threats to myself
were real and I am still

cutters a man in a cave
in Afghanistan pulled
off 9-11, then you are a
victim of the 5 major corporations who
control the mainstream
media in Canada and the
