What
the lawyers did on
behalf of AIG Life of
Canada (BMO)
Background Information:

update and abuse
of Civil Procedures
August
2nd, 2002 Ron Hicks received
a letter from Blaney McMurtry
The letter threatens
legal action against
myself for posting
articles on Scoreboard
and threatening to fire
Margaret over the
articles. Margaret
also got copies of the
letter.
Blaney McMurtry also sent a letter
to ID Internet Direct
Ltd threatening legal
action for hosting
Scoreboard Canada's
website.
During
2002 Blaney McMurtry
sent several letters to sponsors of
Ron Hicks' website.
They
stated I had false and
defamatory material
about AIG Life of
Canada/Margaret Hicks
story on scoreboard-canada.com.
In the letters they
threatened them with
legal action for
supporting Ron Hicks and
his website.
August
7th, 2003 Blaney
McMurtry filed statement
of claim on behalf of AIG against
Ron Hicks and Scoreboard
Canada Inc. for
$500,000.00 for
defamation.
They failed to
follow through when
provided with proof that
the events of the
Margaret Hicks story
posted on Scoreboard
were true. Several
articles including the chronology
of events have
appeared on my websites
from 2002 to the present
(January 1st. 2010)
In
2008 & 2009 Blaney
McMurtry sent letters to
Ron Hicks' service
providers, threatening
them with legal action.
The
"Margaret Hicks story
articles" and
"AIG involvement in the
theory 9-11 was an
inside job" were
the focus to threaten
legal action for hosting
my websites. It is
obvious to me the
methods used by
Blaney McMurtry were
criminal in
nature. In
establishing a defence,
my service providers
would require a lengthy
expensive trial.
Most service providers
are not prepared for
that. Its easier
to ask me to find a new
host. I now have
several hosts available
if they pull those
stunts again. For
copy of the letter they sent
These
actions are further
reprehensible, malicious
and offensive violations
of Ron Hicks' rights to
publish on his websites.
See: AIG
corruption watch
section and the involvement in
the theory 9-11 was an
inside job.
In
a Toronto Sun article
Dec. 23 2009 Top
Court Favours freedom of
Press
the following should be
noted by all. "Any
journalist or blogger
who is sued for
defamation will now only
have to show that their
news is of interest to
the public and that he
or she acted in a
responsible way in
gathering the
information."
Maybe this court ruling
will smarten Blaney
McMurtry up.
In
addition to posting my wife's
story on my
websites I have
links to articles from Scoreboard Canada
about AIG being involved
in the
9/11
was an inside job theory
and a section on AIG
corruption watch.
In my story of contact
of a mystic kind I
also refer to an article
about how I felt I was
guided by a mystic kind
when AIG sued me for
defamation. The
article appeared on
Scoreboard in February
2004. See #10 in
the article click
here. It is
also weird to me that
AIG (BMO Insurance)
lawyer who worked on
behalf of them had the
same last name as
Zbignew Brzezinski. For
more, just google
Zbignew Brzezinski
+ 911.
When
Lou Brzezinski (Lawyer -
Blaney McMurtry sent
the letters
to my service providers
rather than get a court
order I began to wonder
if he is related to
Zbignew. I know
lots of
people, expert witnesses
and former associates of
AIG that would love to
come forward with
evidence about AIG and
the 9-11 was an inside
job theory if I could
get my day court.
I never
personally connected AIG
to 9-11. Even in the
radio interview I did
with (JULY
16th, show)
Dr. S. Grossmann a
German lawyer.
